Shipping policy

One Burd is a small family-owned/operated company. We value our customers and their business more than ANYTHING. That being said we ask you give us 2-3 days to get your orders properly packaged and shipped. Will it really take that long just to ship? Most likely no but it’s always better to under-promise and over-deliver.

Ships anywhere in the United States. 

One Burd is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. This being said we know how much that sucks so still reach out to let us know and we will see if we can help. If you live in an apartment, townhome, etc. please make sure to list your unit number in your delivery address. 

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking details.
