One Burd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Again, we know this can be frustrating so still reach out and we will see if we can help. One Burd is not responsible for packages damaged during transit. As of right now we are NOT accepting returns/exchanges because all of our products are limited releases with limited quantities available. If you are unhappy with your order for ANY reason, please reach out through our contact form and we will reach back out about issuing a refund.
